Anchorage Parks and Recreation and Anchorage Library is celebrating the start of summer with games, sand castle contest, scavenger hunt, and so much more. Event time is from 1-2:30pm.
Set up: 10-12:30pm
Event volunteering and cleanup: 12:00-3:30pm

Parks and Recreation leads volunteer opportunities that help enhance our parks with maintenance and watching for vandalism. We also have opportunities to help engage youth through our recreation centers and programs at the centers.
