End Goal of Job:
Advertising for, hiring, and onboarding new volunteers in all departments to an adequate level and with personal flare so that those volunteers are excited to be a part of RESCQU NET

Responsibilities of position:
Determining what positions are open for what departments on the internal website.
Working with other departments to develop and release advertising materials.
Working with the board to develop volunteer drives when a large amount of positions are open.
Filing all incoming applications with Trans Youth Channel to decide who to hire and who not to.
Assisting all potential volunteers through the hiring process and ensuring they know the job they are wanting to do, and have the time to do it. Ensuring they are right for the position.
Assisting a hired volunteer through the training process and program, finding answers to any questions they may have, keeping them on the training, and ensuring they don’t get lost in the system.
Scheduling and executing end of training 1x1 sessions between you, the new hire volunteer, and their group manager to begin the enculturation process.
Following up with new volunteers regarding their onboarding experience
Being a soundboard for any anxiety, worry, or uncertainty volunteers may face in the first month or two after being a part of RESCQU NET.
