Many older adults in the Bay Area experience isolation and can't access vital resources because they have not had an opportunity to learn how to use digital technology. We need YOU to help these adults connect with family and access information by teaching how to use tecchnology and the internet.
Only basic computer skills needed. What is more important is that you are patient, friendly, and interested in supporting seniors! We especially need volunteers who speak Spanish, Cantonese, and Russian.
What you will do:
- Commit to a weekly tutoring shift
- Help a senior learn how to use their laptop, smartphone, tablet or e-reader
- Act as a resource and guide, helping them learn how to find resources and information

Tutors must commit to one shift per week for at least two months. Shifts are approximately two hours, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00-4:00 pm. Limited weekend opportunities available for Spanish-speakers.
