Join the Green Kirkland Partnership to help with the restoration of the forest at Crestwoods Park. Volunteers will spend the afternoon participating in restoration activities that may include removing invasive plants like English ivy and Himalayan blackberry, applying mulch, and planting native trees, shrubs and ground covers. No experience is necessary and we encourage volunteers of all ages to join us! This event will be led by a volunteer Green Kirkland Steward.
Register to volunteer at www.greenkirkland.org.

Description
The Green Kirkland Partnership is an alliance between the City of Kirkland, nonprofit partners, businesses and the community to restore almost 500 acres of natural parkland in the City.
