Ensure that all volunteers are well trained, have a good experience; while keeping all administrative volunteer files up to date and organized.
Assist volunteers with application process (application requirements, interview, orientation, payments, flight bookings)
Create/Follow-Up with Volunteer files, payments, invoices, receipts
Maintain confidential records and files organized & up-to-date
Create surveys and forms for volunteer assessments
