Client Caseworkers provide follow-up assistance, support and advocacy for clients impacted by disasters. They work with individuals and families to develop a recovery plan based on the client's needs, connect the clients to resources within their community and advocate for clients in working with service providers and partners.

Responsibilities include:

-Review initial casework completed by Disaster responders in the field

-Enter cases into Client Assistance System (CAS)

-Follow-up with clients to assist in their recovery through the provision of financial assistance, referrals and advocacy

-Collaborate with partners throughout the community to meet client needs
