This important role will assist in the development of a fully staffed workforce that is competent, effective & satisfied as well as trained & motivated to be engaged throughout the disaster cycle.
Some responsibilities include:
* Educate disaster volunteers about volunteer opportunities including blue sky, DAT and Disaster Responder positions
* Create training plans for new and existing volunteers, based on indicated volunteer activity preferences
* Assist volunteers in submitting Health Status Records for Disaster Responder eligibility
