Do You D.I.G?
#dealingingood

Join DIG Farm in helping to create a new Community/schhol garden for the students, staff and community at Children's Village. Not only is it a school, but a home for kids tht need it for various reasons.

We will be building a brand new garden. We will be spreading dirt and compost, installing fencing and hopefully getting ready to put some plants in the ground.

We are also looking for volunteers or gardeners that would like to join the project on a regular basis after it is constructed.

Future plans include starting a Youth Farmers Market, supported by the kids at Children's Village to help teach economic independance through organic farming to kids that may not have many options:)

We will provide lunch and refreshments, just wear clothes that can get dirty, garden gloves and tools if you have them (but not necessary) and be ready to get dirty! and have fun of course:)
