Road to Recovery

Road to Recovery is an American Cancer Society program offering free transportation to cancer patients. Volunteers donate their time and vehicle to take patients to and from treatment. Volunteers can specify how often and how far they are willing to drive and volunteering to drive a patient even once a month will help. Patients must be ambulatory (can walk without help) or will bring someone else to help them. Rides are needed during normal business hours (M-F, 8:00 am- 5:00 pm).

For more information about this and other American Cancer Society services, visit www.cancer.org/drive or call 1-800-227-2345.
