About

Road to Recovery is an American Cancer Society program offering transportation to cancer patients. Volunteers donate their time and vehicle to take patients to and from treatment. Volunteers can specify how often and how far they are willing to drive. Traveling back and forth for treatment gets exhausting and expensive. Volunteering to drive a patient even once a month will help. Cancer patients that volunteers will be driving are ambulatory (can walk without help) or will bring someone else to help them. For more information about this and other American Cancer Society services, visit www.cancer.org or call 1 800 ACS 2345. Thank you for your willingness to help.
