The role of this committee is to support the coordination of ticket and credential distribution for on-site guests. Volunteers’ major function will be organizing and managing Will Call, the distribution center for credentials left for guests, and will be indoors for their shift. Volunteers must be cheerful, patient, and possess problem solving skills.
Shifts with the highest demand for volunteers are the following:
- Monday June 19th from 10am-2:30pm & 2pm-6:30pm
- Tuesday June 20th from 10am-2:30pm
- Wednesday June 21st from 4:30am-9:30am, 9am-1:30pm & 1pm-6:30pm
- Thursday June 22nd from 5:30am-10:30am & 2pm-6:30pm
- Friday June 23rd from 2pm-6:30pm
- Sunday June 25th from 6:30am-10:30am

Every year, thousands of people donate their time and effort to volunteer for the Travelers Championship. Last year alone, Travelers Championship volunteers provided a total of more than 80,000 hours of their time to help give back to the community. Volunteering at the tournament not only allows you to go behind the scenes at Connecticut’s largest sporting event, but also allows you to have a direct impact on the amount of charity dollars the tournament pours back into the community each year.
