Various tasks, Please specify when apply:
FIRST AID: *must be nursing student or nurse
Your primary duty will be to administer First Aid. In the event that someone does get hurt you will need to fill out an incident report an administer first aid. We will have the fire department on staff to take over in case of any emergency.
EVENT ACTIVITY TENTS
Set up Tables and Chairs. Cover tables. Assist guest inside Tents. Keep Area Clean. Always be kind to our guests, try your best to answer any questions. Varios locations include: VIP Tent, Family Teams Tent, Hospitality, Memory Garden, Wishing Tree.
STAGE MANAGER:
Your primary duty will be to coordinate on stage talent. Follow the script. Line up talent. Assist March of Dimes staff with coordinating run of show.
KIDS CORNER/ SUPERHERO SPRINT:
Set up Tables and Chairs. Cover tables. Set up activities for Kids. Assist Kids with activities and Superhero Sprint. Kids Corner closes at 11:30. Assist with breakdown of event.
FINISH LINE:
Be present at the Finish Line to hand out "I did it!" Stickers to the walkers. Cheer walkers on and thank them for participating.
REGESTRATION:
Assist with guest Check-in/registration. Hand out T-Shirts. Collect donations. Once registration is complete you will assist with counting donations.

The March of Dimes is the leading nonprofit organization for pregnancy and baby health. With chapters nationwide and its premier event, March for Babies, the March of Dimes works to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Founded in 1938, the March of Dimes funds programs of research, community services, education and advocacy.
More than 213,000 babies are born in Florida every year and the March of Dimes is working to help every one of them have a healthier start in life. The good news is preterm birth rate in Florida has decreased from 13.8% in 2006 to 13.0% in 2012, but there is still work to be done to get to our 9.6% goal in 2020.
