Who: Anyone that is passionate about serving student-athletes and is good with and likes to help people. We can’t teach passion or willingness to help people, but we can teach these proven systems. Preferably high school, college and graduate students.
What: Anyone with any interest in these topics will learn all the skills by hands on training:

When:
6 month programs - February - July & August - January
3 month programs - May - July & September - November
Work your own schedule; preferably 8 hours per week on consistent days
Where: Any place that you have internet access on a computer
Why: Everyone that completes the Success Program will receive letters of recommendations from the Bob Emig Foundation Board of Directors along with earning community service hours

Mission: We promote the well-being of youth through sports and education
We believe in providing opportunities for youth to enjoy the many benefits of a sports experience including having fun and developing skills that they can use throughout their lives. We encourage "going beyond the game" to allow for that learning experience on and off the field in and out of the classroom. We also honor the educators who make a tremendous difference in their lives.
We strive to achieve our Vision and Mission by focusing on three areas:
- We provide opportunities for youth, especially "at-need" youth who would not have the opportunity without the help of the Foundation, to experience the benefits of healthy youth sports activities.
- We support activities that educate youth athletes in the areas of health and life skills development.
- We recognize athletes, coaches, educators, volunteers and officials who "go beyond the game" to provide youth with a learning life experience.
