Event Planning Mission: Bring joy to our donors and volunteers through making fun, uplifting events throughout the year.
Description (6-8 hours per week):
Design and produce Will’s Hope events from concept to completion
Contact our donors and volunteers to gain a better understanding of what events our support would like to attend
Book venues, entertainment, etc. for events and be the main point of communication with companies
Run registration and ticketing for events
Work with Volunteer Coordinator to recruit help
Conduct pre and post evaluations and reports of events, including attendance, etc.

Will's Hope Charity provides a variety of services to the families of medically fragile children. From providing financial support for housing/living expenses, to covering medical costs, to making sure siblings get counseling and opportunities to have fun and be well; Will's Hope is a support system for all family members.
