Our new Independence Program is designed to help our clients become productive and loving parents, independent of government support services.
The Independence intern helps to identify candidates for our program. Intern will contact Directors, confirm goals of employment, conduct in-person/Skype interviews with candidates. Intern will give feedback to Independence board with qualifying candidates. Collect the updated goals brochure and report updated quarterly status to the Independence board.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or working towards a degree; Basic knowledge of creating resumes; Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Skype; good people/business skills; good communication skills; social media experience a plus; self-motivated and directed.
Also: Attend annual Leadership Course; shadow Job Training Director
Interns should espouse the values of the A Baby’s Breath mission, "To help a woman see her child take his/her first breath". Please have a resume prepared.
Location and time commitment are TBD. May be flexible based on applicants.
