The Career Institute teaches students about the importance of professional development. Through lecture, mock interviews, and take-home exercises, students learn vital lifelong career skills. We train high school students, opportunity youth (ages 14-24) and adults. The curriculum is composed of three modules and volunteer facilitators are needed to help lead the instructions. Each Career Institute session is scheduled for 1.5 hours one day per week over the course of 8 weeks. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a monetary reward along with items to help them be successful in the workforce.
