Do you enjoy interacting with the public and have a desire to learn more about Oregon’s natural history? Do you live near or are you willing to travel to/from Lincoln City on the Oregon coast? Are you seeking an opportunity to expand and develop leadership and naturalist skills while spending time in one of the most beautiful places in Oregon? If so, we invite you to apply to volunteer as a Cascade Head Preserve naturalist with The Nature Conservancy. Cascade Head naturalists greet visitors, answer questions, and foster compliance with visitor guidelines. Volunteers patrol the preserve at least twice during the field season. Our typical preserve season is from April to October. We are considering applicants on a rolling basis. We look forward to hearing from you!
