I'd like to seek your assistance in requesting volunteers for an upcoming community Safe Fest. The event's held at The Washington National Youth Baseball Academy April 15, 10a-2p. This event is geared towards showacasing safety and physical injury prevention. Volunteers are needed for various positions. Escorts will unload individuals off the van in to the venue. Yes, some individuals are wheel-bound, so the assistance to safely transport them to various activity stations is tremendously appreciated. Station crew are needed to assist with activities in upbeat and fun manner. Also, information volunteers will provides insight and guest to maneuver to various activities and can provide general info. Theatre volunteer will assist the viewers to the main seating area in orderly fashion before main presentation. If food/ concession permits, we will need help in that area as well. If you can, we're requesting volunteers to wear yellow shirts. I look forward to hearing from you.
