Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care
Kansas City Hospice and Palliative Care is in need of compassionate people to serve as volunteers in hospice patients' homes, which allows the caregiver to take a break for a few hours. Once screened and trained, volunteers are matched with patients in their same geographical area; the assignments are, generally, for weekdays during day time hours.
We also are needing licensed hair stylists and massage therapists willing to provide services to hospice patients in their homes.

Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care is a nonprofit organization offering a range of services for people of all ages and at any stage of serious illness. We've been providing comfort and care to the seriously ill and their families in the greater Kansas City area since 1980.
By providing both hospice and palliative care, we are able to assist patients and their loved ones at any time following a serious diagnosis. Hospice is provided when the focus is primarily on comfort; palliative care is provided when it is too early for hospice care and the patient may be seeking treatment aimed at cure.
We'll work with your schedule.
