Passionate Volunteer to assist with annual special event for kids, teens, adults with special needs!
Volunteer opportuniuty at the Hidden Talents Shine Up 2017 Event that is planned to be held on June 3rd, 2017 in the King of Kings Lutheran Church and Preschool 4025 Kings Way, Fairfax, VA 22033. The expected operation time will be from 4:00 p.m to 9:00 pm and estimated to take 2 hours of preparation.
At the Hidden Talents Shine Up 2017 Social Event, there will be music, dance, prizes, refreshments, magic show, balloon drop, and live performances by kids, teens, and adults with special needs. Every individual with special needs who is performing and attending the event would get recognized and receive an appreciation gift. Kids, teens, and adults with special needs are encouraged to perform. The performances are singing, dancing, an inspirational speech, display of paintings, drawings, and sculptures, drama, comedy, poetry, playing of musical instruments, and display of science experiments and innovation.

Nearly 1 in 5 Americans (56.7 million) have a disability. There is significant evidence to show that alternative, holistic mind, body, nutritional, naturopathic treatments can help many of them to overcome challenges and restore bodily functioning. Our clients are individuals with disabilities who suffer from a wide array of disfunctions that causes disturbances in their daily life, academics, and social interactions.We offer therapeutic group classes, one -on one services and therapies, educational workshops, professional development courses, and social, emotional, and recreational programs for individuals with disabilities. We also introduce the integration support of young people with disabilities into the workforce. Not everyone has the same strengths and qualities, but we look for the best and unique qualities about each person to help them succeed.
