Player Assistant at Lyon Oaks Golf Course

Volunteer 1 day a week and golf all week for FREE!!

Openings this season are:

Thursday 2 PM-Close
Friday 2 PM-Close
Saturday 6:30 AM -2 PM
Saturday 2 PM -Close
Sunday 6:30 AM - 2 PM
Sunday 2 PM-Close

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers on the golf course
  • Communicate with patrons in a positive, hospitable manner.
  • Ask and assist customers with all questions and needs
  • Register any complaints and assist in resolution of situation
  • Work with Starters to keep play at our time standards
  • Enforce Lyon Oaks Golf Club’s rules and policies
  • Keep golf course neat and clean (pick up any trash or debris)
  • Assist with golf cart procedures
  • Help with outings/tournaments
  • Communicate effectively with the public and fellow employees
  • Assist with basic golf course maintenance when time permits
