Do you enjoy the game of Minecraft? The Albany Public Library’s Arbor Hill branch is looking for someone to help supervise and assist with their weekly Minecraft Mayhem event. The event is held every Thursday from 4pm-5pm, and it allows children ages to 6-17 to get together and enjoy their shared Minecraft interest. Come be a positive role model to these students and join in the fun!

The Albany Public Library consists of 7 branches in the City School District; Washington, North Albany, Bach, Arbor Hill, Pine Hills, Howe, and Delaware. You can visit the 7 branches for books and DVDs, music and magazines, classes and workshops, computers and Wi-Fi, tutoring and tax assistance, arts activities and technology programs, study spaces and meeting rooms, movie showings and musical performances, book clubs and author talks, and so much more. Volunteering is vital to the health of the library and the community by providing much needed support to the youth and adults who rely on library services. Volunteers gain the skills and knowledge to help with their professional career and personal life. Student volunteers gain community service credit and valuable job experience.
