This is a ShareCorps Opportunity through AmeriCorps as a Summer VISTA.
The person hired would Help connect residents living in affordable housing communities with needed supplemental food programs through targeted outreach, engagement and oversee the daily provision of summer feeding programs.
They would be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Summer Food Programs and assisting in the implementation of mass Produce Distributions in Homeport's affordable rental communities. Conducting regular outreach to promote program participation, as well as to recruit resident volunteers to assist with program facilitation.
