Interim Hospice is needing Veteran volunteers who would like to go visit hospice patients. The Veteran to Veteran program we have pairs recruited Veteran volunteers with Veteran Hospice patients. Through this program Veteran volunteers have the opportunity to connect with and relate to Veteran Hospice patients and their families. The volunteer visits can be once a week or once a month for 30 minutes-1 hour depending on the volunteers schedule. This is a great opportunity to serve Veterans at the end of life. All volunteers will be provided with the training they need to visit patients and TB tests will be paid for by Interim Hospice.
