Social Media Ambassador Volunteer
Social Media Ambassadors are social media professionals, technology enthusiasts, networked individuals, and/or social media users who utilize their online communities to help promote the mission and programs of Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity. Volunteers will engage in promoting Raising the Roof 2017.

Innovative users of digital technology who have shown leadership and creativity in their use of interactive tools to move their businesses and their clients’ businesses forward
Leaders who are passionate and committed, and believe in the mission of Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity to change lives through homeownership.
Everyday people who are comfortable utilizing social media networks to spread the mission of Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity
QUALIFICATIONS
Committed to Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity’s mission
Able to dedicate one or more hours a week to promote Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity online
Currently active on at least two social media sites
Has at least 100 friends/followers on each social media site
18 years of age or older, or 16-17 with parental consent
Fluent in English

Description
Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity is a locally run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical, Christian housing organization. We work in partnership with people in need to build decent, affordable housing. Our vision is that no one in the Greater Albuquerque area will live in substandard housing. Since 1987, we have built more than 177 homes in the Albuquerque area, all of which we could not have done without the generosity of hundreds of volunteers every year. Volunteers are needed to help with everything from construction to office to ReStore assignments.
