The volunteer position supports Lee Carlson Center's Development Director by helping her get prizes and gift certificates for the Fall Fundraiser Silent Auction.
Responsibilities:
- Make prize requests for the October 19th Fundraising Dinner
- Send pre-written ask emails, letters to businesses and make calls to request donations
- Attend and help at the fundraising dinner

Lee Carlson Center for Mental Health & Well-Being is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit. Our mission is to provide exceptional and affordable mental heatlh services to families, children, youth, and adults.
Description
For over 38 years, Lee Carlson Center has been a beacon of hope for people of all ages coping with emotional health issues. The Center is the primary provider of outpatient mental health services in Anoka County and surrounding areas, impacting the lives of over 6,000 individuals, families, and caregivers each year.
Our team includes child and adolescent psychiatrists, an adult nurse practitioner, as well as therapists and psychologists who focus on testing.
Other services include our Domestic Abuse Program which is designed to teat the whole family - including men, women, and the children involved in their lives.
For those living with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), we offer Bridgeview Community Support Program, a drop-in center for adults.
School-based support is offered in the Fridley, Columbia Heights and Centennial School Districts where our staff is available to meet on-site or in-home.
