Our annual YWCA Inspire Luncheons bring the community face to face with internationally acclaimed speakers and women whose lives have been changed with help from the YWCA. We rely on our wonderful community of table captains, corporate sponsors and guests to raise funds that support our programs.

Pre-Event set-up includes setting up the table materials: pens, programs, pledge cards, etc. - which are arranged in a specific pattern on each table and at each place setting.

Details:

  • There is one shift for this project. Volunteers are asked to commit the entire shift.
  • The project time is 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
  • The ideal volunteer will have a keen eye for detail and quality control.
  • Youth are welcome. However they must be a minimum of 15 years old and accompanied by a guardian or parent if they are under 17.
  • This project takes place indoors.
