Volunteers will be responsible for managing different concession stands located at Comerica Park during Detroit Tiger baseball season and concerts throughout the spring, summer and fall months. All organization memebers working in the concession stands must be at least 18 years old. General duties will include: the sale of alcohol, food and beverage, register/cash handling, inventory/paperwork, food preparation & technical training and setup & breakdown/cleaning.
Members must complete the Sportservice training program, which will include the following:
-General orientation
-Alcohol awareness
-GuestPath Universal Service Standards
-Service Recovery (L.A.S.T.)
-PCI Compliance
