As we start a new year, we often take time to develop new goals and expectations. Do you have talents or special skills that you would like to share with our patients? Would you like to help make a difference? We need people like you to donate time, energy, and experience in a variety of areas, such as, clothing room assistance, senior companion, nursing care assistant, clerical/administrative assistant, or library/multimedia assistant. If you would like to provide some form of entertainment, an ice cream social, BINGO, visit our patients or assist them with writing a letter, we would be honored for you to donate your time to Piedmont Geriatric Hospital.
With your help, not only can we meet our patients’ daily needs, but we can provide brighter, more enriching programs. PGH has events throughout the year where your time would be greatly appreciated. Volunteers say they feel rewarded many times over for the support they provide in making a difference in the lives of others.
