ORGANIZATION: Action in Community Through Service of Prince William (ACTS)

ACTS is seeking individuals to for reception and administrative duties at the front desk at ACTS Emergency Assistance and Housing offices. Here are some of the administrative duties:

• Data entry
• Basic reception and customer service responsibilities
• Following up on inquiries like voicemails and emails
• Responsible for client check in
• Intake and entry of clients' information into our database, as well as, updating client information
• Scheduling of appointments

The hours are 8:30-5:30 Monday- Friday with no holidays or weekends but the shifts will be rotated between the volunteers. The schedule preference someone willing to do two hours daily, 5 days a week.
