We will have our big ReStore box trucks parked at a bank in Simpsonville. It's for their Spring Cleaning event and we are accepting donations of used furniture, appliances, and household items from around the community.
Volunteers are needed to simply greet people as they drive up and then help move the donations from donors' cars on to our truck. So there may be some lifting involved. That said, we will have some muscle on hand to do the heavy lifting. So if you're not comfortable with lifting, you won't have to.
The main goals are to get the donated items moved into our box truck, thank the donor, and leave them with a good impression of Habitat Greenville!
