As we begin to prepare to open our new theatre, we are in the process of developing our employee handbooks, policies, offer letters, and terms & conditions of employment. We are in need of a lawyer with expertise and knowledge in NJ employment law to consult and advise on these, as well as to advise on other employment related questions and matters.
Initial time investment would be up to a few hours to review the documents, meet with members of the Board of Directors and/or HR Advisor (Board Member), and discuss and advise on current questions.
On an ongoing basis additional qconsultation may be needed as we prepare to open our theatre in the fall of 2017 as well as during the course of routine business should HR/employment issues arise.

Music Mountain Theatre/Curtain Up Productions Inc. is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to enrich, educate, and entertain our community through the study, performance, and appreciation of the arts.
Music Mountain Theatre, a new 256-seat performing arts venue under the direction of Ginny Brennan and Curtain Up Productions, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, is located adjacent to the site of the historic Lambertville Music Circus and will provide live theatrical productions year round. The venue will also be available to other performing groups in the region and become the new home of the Downtown Performing Arts Center.
