Join us in mulching the trees and shrubs planted earlier this year at Errol Heights! This tree care event is in conjunction with Portland Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Environmental Services, Metro, Friends of Errol Heights, and The Johnson Creek Watershed Council!
Please arrive around 8:45am to be registered and assigned to a crew. The event will start promptly at 9:00am. We provide breakfast snacks and hot chocolate/coffee, as well as gloves, tools and guidance. Please come dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy, closed-toe shoes and get ready to have fun!
Looking to volunteer as a group? RSVPs are kindly requested for groups of more than 5 people - register here: http://friendsoftrees.org/volunteering/group-registration. RSVPs are not required for individuals or groups of 4 or fewer -- you may simply show up!

Friends of Trees is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization which organizes tree planting and care events in neighborhoods, natural areas and on school grounds in partnership with the community, government and businesses.
Since Friends of Trees was founded in 1989, our volunteers have planted more than 750,000 trees and native plants!
