At Skybacher Ministries Inc. we currently work with students in K-12. We use the avenue of sports to reach children and youth with the "Good News!" Many of our volunteers are college-aged students, and we need someone to work with them. Primarily will run and develop sports program, intramural games or leagues, and other tournaments for college students and young adults (age range of 18-30).
The General Manager would be responsible for helping implement and develop these programs, as well as meet with and minister to college-aged and young adults.

Our mission is to use the avenue of sports and recreation to give students and young people a picture of who God has created them to be. We focus on Good Sports, Good Times, and the Good News.
Description
Skybacher Ministries Inc. is a non-profit youth sports ministry. We offer various sports and youth programs througout the year to students ranging from kindergartern through 12th grade.
Our main programs include: 1) a weekly sports and play outreach for students in 5th - 12th grade where students are taught the importance of spiritual and physical fitness; 2) 12 sports tournaments (dodgeball, kickball, flag football etc.) for elementary through high students where students learn teamwork, sportsmanship, and are given a message of hope each time; 3) our summer "More Than" Sports Camps where we coach and teach a variety of sports while infusing daily virtue lessons and teamwork challenges; and 4) after school basketball program, HangTime, for students in the 1st through 4th grades.
We are always looking for like-minded individuals who are passionate about coaching and mentoring students.
