Interfaith recruits and trains volunteer caregivers who:
- Visit the homebound
- Grocery shop
- Relieve a primary caregiver
- Drive someone to a routine medical appointment
- Provide support for caregiver of early onset dementia
If you have the time and desire to reach out to your neighbors, help in our office, or assist in our projects, you will be richly rewarded. When you make a difference in someone's life, you make a difference in your own.

Interfaith Health & Support Services seeks to put God's love into action by promoting wellness, independence and alleviation of loneliness and suffering to our vulnerable in need.
Description
We are a coalition of different faith communities, social service and healthcare organizations that provides volunteer physical, emotional and spiritual support to those living at home who are vulnerable because of age or disability. Our volunteers provide visits to the homebound, grocery shopping, transportation to medical appointments and support for caregivers of early onset dementia.
