The New Hampshire Heart Walk is a fun family event where you can walk to celebrate your heart health or recommit to taking better care of yourself. Walk with friends, family members and coworkers and get moving together! When you join the Heart Walk, you join more than a million people in 300+ cities across America taking a stand against heart disease and stroke and helping to save lives.
Volunteer opportunities may include but not limited to:
o Kids Zone - Face painting, game leading, etc.
o Start/Finish Line, Walk Route - Cheering, route signs/directions
o Setup and Take down
o Water Stops - Handing out bottled water
o Healthy Snacks Tent - Handing out food/drinks
o CPR Tent - Teaching hands-only CPR
