Join our CicLAvia Street Team for the upcoming CicLAvia - Atwater meets Glendale event happening on Sunday, June 11.
The street team visits every address on the CicLAvia route during the week of April 3 - 15 to chat with residents and businesses about the upcoming event. Additionally, this team helps out with distributing postcards, flyers, and information on business engagement opportunities. Join this mobile team to help get the word out and support CicLAvia!
This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy being outside and interacting with the public. (Armenian speakers are a plus!)
CicLAvia is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that catalyzes vibrant public spaces, active transportation and good health through car-free streets. CicLAvia engages with people to transform our relationship with our communities and with each other.
CicLAvia has become an LA tradition, and for the past six years, CicLAvia has produced the largest "open streets" event in the county. Iconic streets and historic car corridors are closed to cars, and are open to people to explore by bike, walking, and all modes of non-motorized transportation.

CicLAvia is a 501c3 non-profit that catalyzes vibrant public spaces, active transportation and good health through car-free street events. CicLAvia engages with people to positively transform our relationship with our communities and with each other. CicLAvia temporarily opens streets across Los Angeles county to all Angelenos to bike, walk, skate, dance, and play. Free to the public, the event turns the streets into a park space that connects diverse portions of the city.
Description
Whether you're 16 or 60, an individual or with a group, there are many ways for CicLAvia fans to donate a few hours to the event.
On the day of the event, enthusiastic supporters help:
-Provide participants with route and activity information
-manage participant traffic at crossing points and hubs
-sign participants up for the CicLAvia mailing list
