Canine Companions for Independence is looking for a Participant Recruitment Chair to lead a committee to recruit participants for the 2017 DogFest DFW event. 2017 will mark the 3rd annual event. Participant Recruitment Chair must be available to meet once a month for committee meetings and have availability to assist committee members in recruiting teams and participants. Position description is below but subject to change. Participant Recruitment Chair candidates will need to meet with Canine Companions staff before being accepted for the position.
- Work with DogFest Chair to set a goal for number of participants and teams to recruit to reach the fundraising total.
- Form Recruitment Committee for targeted recruitment from different sectors including Canine Companions teams, Sponsor teams, and Community teams.
- Lead committee to determine target list; divide and conquer
