Miracle Flights is a national nonprofit whose mission is to provide free commercial air transportation to sick children who are battling rare medical disorders and would otherwise lack access to specialized medical care.
Miracle Flights has been presented with a great opportunity to be the charity of choice for the Blacklight Wars in San Diego, CA on June 3, 2017!
Blacklight Wars(tm) has taken a dream of unbelievable, glowing fun and turned it into a reality. It’s like an epic water balloon fight, but even better-it glows in the dark! This night of neon fun will include a booming DJ at the main stage, as well as vendors, food, drinks, and a party unlike any other.
Our commitment to the charity of choice is to provide volunteers, for each volunteer a donation will be made to Miracle Flights to further our mission of providing flights to sick children and their families to reach distant medical treatment. Volunteers must be age 16+.
The job of the volunteers will be:
- Registration
- Arena Attendants
- Party Attendants

Description
Miracle Flights for Kids is a national, 501 (c)(3), medical flight organization that provides FREE commercial airline flights for a sick child and their families to see a specialist or get a second opinion not available in their community.
We will fly a child as far and as many times as needed to get well. Since 1985, we’ve coordinated more than 150,000 free flights to those in need of life-changing medical care. In our 35 year history, we’ve helped families in every corner of the country.
