Are you receiving or providing In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS)?
Beginning July 1, California’s 58 counties are at risk of receiving a huge bill from the state under the terms of Governor’s proposed budget for 2017-18. This prospect has set off alarm bells across the state.
Under the Governor’s budget, counties share of costs for In-Home Supportive Services would rise substantially. Could counties’ already strained budgets absorb annual IHSS cost increases of this magnitude? Interested in learning more and how to advocate IHSS needs?
Please join our advisory meeting on every Thursday in Oakland, CA from 1:30-3pm.
