Call for ACT-W Chicago Conference Planning Committee Members

Become a Planning Committee Member for ChickTech’s ACT-W Conference

ChickTech is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to retaining women in the technology workforce and increasing the number of women and girls pursuing technology based careers. We address retention, camaraderie in our community, and raise necessary funding through our ChickTech Career Events and ACT-W Conferences.

Our events and ACT-W conferences run on the energy of our volunteers who care about empowering women in technology. The ACT-W Chicago Conference is a happy hour and an annual one-day action-packed event where talented women can build skills, grow their community, and accelerate their career path by connecting with companies that truly fit them best. The conference includes speaking sessions, hands-on workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and more.

As a committee member, you’ll be a vital part of the ChickTech Leadership Team and help to create a welcoming and outstanding conference experience for about 250 participants from the Chicago Area. The planning experience is a unique opportunity to participate in the conference activities.
