Learn and manage the Operation Department, one of core department of our organization. -draft, organize, and maintain projects and initiatives -Record, analyze, and improve department performance -Provide training and supervising other assistants -communicate details of department to other department leaders -work alongside CEO and COO to strategize new growth and streamline operations for the organization
3-5 years experience in Operation field, at least 1-2 manage experience - Can adapt flexible schedule, self-motived with eager to implement department performance - Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written English skills) - PMP certificate preferred but not required - Multi-tasks taker
