We are looking for an individual with fundraising experience, who is interested in human rights and women's issues. We are a non profit working to end acid attacks around the world and need someone to help with raising the necessary funds for us to continue our mission.
Responsibilites Include:
- Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions.
- Develop fundraising events.
- Recruit sponsors, participants, or volunteers for fundraising events.
- Secure commitments of participation or donation
- Create donor databases

We believe that people have the right to live a life free from violence and assault. We believe that the use of corrosive acid as a weapon of violence is wrong and must be stopped through activism, education and the passing of legislation. We believe in the power of one person to make a difference and to inspire another and another, until we are all working together to end acid attacks around the world.
Description
RISE is a grassroots nonprofit organization based in the US. We provide hope and support to acid attack survivors and collaborate with survivor organizations around the world. We strengthen the connection between survivor and activist to effect change.
