At MADD, we know that our hopes for a safer future are riding on tomorrow’s drivers. By getting today’s youth off to a good start, we are taking a giant step toward fulfilling our vision of a nation without drunk driving. That’s why we’re focused on tackling underage drinking, a problem that threatens the safety of our kids and endangers entire communities, now and down the road.
Our Underage Drinking Prevention programs are designed to help youth take a stand against drinking before age 21. The Power of You(th) presentation targets high school and middle school youth. We share stories of people lost to underage drinking, the dangers of drinking underage, the impact of alcohol on the brain, and the prevalence of drunk driving underage.
If you are interested in becoming trained to lead these presentations, please contact us!
