This annual family-friendly run/walk is held every spring to celebrate life and promote awareness of Alport Syndrome as well as the risks of chronic kidney disease, and the benefits of organ donation.

We are in need of volunteers to assist with course direction, registration, water station, set up and clean up.

Alport Syndrome is a rare hereditary disease that causes kidney failure, hearing loss and vision problems. There is currently no treatment proven to prevent the development of kidney failure in people with Alport Syndrome; however, early diagnosis is essential as there are medications to delay the progression of the disease. There is no cure for Alport Syndrome.

Funds raised will go toward outreach, awareness and patient support.
