The Muscular Dystrophy Association and Team Momentum are pleased to be partnering with Ragnar on Friday, April 7 and Saturday April 8, 2017. We need your help at exchange zone 3 on April 7th.
Come join us at the SoCal Ragnar Relay. This is a 200 miles relay race that is ran by 12 person relay teams over the course of 2 days. Throughout the course there will be 36 exchange points, where the one runner will pass to baton to the next. The MDA is appointed to exchange 3 in Santa Ana and would love your help handing out water and cheering on participants as they run through.
Times:
- Shift 1: 6 a.m. -11 a.m.
- Shift 2: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
