South County Adult Day Services is seeking volunteers to assist our participants with a wide variety of Therapeutic Activities including arts and crafts, singing, exercise, playing board games or providing friendship through one-to-one interaction. Specialized craft projects or hobbies are especially needed. Volunteers help to supplement the staff in meeting the needs of our participants and allow the participants to lead a healthy and well-rounded life while at the center.
Hours preferred: 2, 3 or 4 hour shifts between 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
Languages needed: English, Tagalog, Spanish, Korean, and Chinese

The Alzheimer's Orange County is a non-profit agency. We are funded through personal donations, grants, fundraisers and donations from large corporations. Alzheimer's Orange County provides support, information and education to Alzheimer's individuals and their families, friends and co-workers.
