Join the National Kidney Foundation for the annual Mid-Missouri Kidney Walk on Saturday, April 8, 2017 as a VOLUNTEER! The event will take place in the morning at Stephen's Lake Park next to the amphitheater.
The Kidney Walk is a non-competitive 1 or 2 mile walk/run in support of the National Kidney Foundation.
All Volunteers receive a free NKF Volunteer T-Shirt! Free Parking. Event is rain or shine.
Opportunities include:
Set Up/Signage (6:00 am to 10 am)
Volunteer Check-In (6:30 am to 10 am) Food/Hospitality (7:00 am to 11:30 am) Incentive Distribution (at registration tent) (7:00 am to 11:30 am) KIDney Corner (Kid's Area) (7:00 am to 12 noon) Health and Wellness (7:30 am to 11 am) Participant Greeters (8:00 am to 10:00 am) Cheering/Route Guidance/Water Stops (9:00 am to 11 am) Finish Line/Cheering (10 am to 12:00 noon) Clean up (11:00 am to 1:00 pm) Sidney the Kidney the Mascot (8:30- 12 noon)More opportunities with National Kidney Foundation

Services and support are provided to kidney patients, transplant recipients, and their families; organ donor families; and renal health care professionals throughout Kansas, Oklahoma and the western 53 counties of Missouri. We focus on Awareness, Prevention and Treatment.
