SVSF's Adult GED Program provides free individualized assistance to adults in preparation for the High School Equivalency/GED exam.
We are looking for tutors on Monday mornings 9:00am to noon and Thursday afternoons1:30pm-3:30pm at our GED tutoring sessions at our East Side Campus at 9641 Harper.
We focus heavily on math, because that seems to be the most challenging subject for most students. There will also be some need to assist students with Language Arts, Science and Social Studies.
If the time frame is between 9:00am and noon. You can tutor the whole time of come for part of it, for example, 9:00am-10:00am.
There also may be other volunteer opportunities available.
