Would you like to help an event that raises money for NOT just one but 78 (or more) charities? Just think of the all the positive changes you could be the start of!
Charity Challenge is the largest philanthropic outdoor sporting event in Central Florida. After 31 Charity Challenge in 30 years we have surpassed the $6,000,000 mark given out to Central Florida charities.
Hospitality and apartment industry teams participate in six co-ed athletic events: basketball shootout, kayak relay, obstacle course, tubing relay, tug-of-war contest, and a volleyball tournament to raise funds for local charities. Last year we raised $230,000 for 78 charities!
We need volunteers for many positions such as setup, registration/check in, and each of the athletic events among many more. We would love to have you be part of this wonderful event! Join the Challenge on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Camping World Stadium and help make a difference in our Central Florida community. See you there!

Mission Statement
The mission of Charity Challenge is to bring the Central Florida community together by providing an opportunity to have fun and give back to local charities while maximizing the effectiveness of every dollar contributed. We carry out this mission through fundraising, athleticism, and team building. Charity Challenge outreach workers, volunteers, and participants work together to provide charities with the outlet they need to make a bright future for our community.
Description
Charity Challenge was founded by State Senator Lee Constantine in 1987. Since our inception, we have raised nearly $5 million for hundreds of charities serving the Central Florida community. Last year, with the help of over 100 hospitality and apartment industry teams competing, we were able to award $220,000 to many different charities! This year's event will be held on May 17, 2014 at the Florida Citrus Bowl in downtown Orlando. Come on out and face the Challenge!
