This is a Virtual Opportunity, with no fixed address.

The Asian Heritage Society engages a number of programs, including BOOSTEM for students in virtual reality.

The Asian Heritage Society is a culturally rich, award winning non-profit institution that preserves the legacy of Asian Americans, develops tomorrow’s leaders by advancing their prospects for success and helps improve the economy through innovation and entrepreneurship. The Society recognizes achievement through its annual Asian Heritage Awards, enables young people to prepare for global and technological change through its BOOSTEM program and shares an economic model for reinvigorating the economy through Make It In America, a meeting ground for innovation, entrepreneurship and investment opportunity.

We are looking for volunteers to help organize three main events, coordinate fundraising, locate fundraising sources, help in writing and editing a book on the Vietnamese experience to be published this year and to engage in story telling through the application of virtual reality. The Society is also looking for singers, musicians and story tellers to help supplement and help develop several public performance projects. This is a unique opportunity to learn the role of non-profit institutions and gain experience in a wide range of fields. Some skills required, but commitment is a must.
